I’ve felt safe at Chuze so far. The lockers seem to work fine, and there’s usually staff around if you need anything. I don’t think I’ve ever had any weird issues with my stuff, so overall it’s been a good experience.

I’m not totally sure if it’s just bad timing on my part, but it feels like the machines are always out of order when I come in. It’d be really nice if the equipment could be fixed or checked more often

I’ve been going to Chuze for a few months now, it’s kind of a relief because I feel like I’m usually the one who ends up dealing with gross locker rooms at other gyms. But every time I’ve been here, the locker room has been clean. The showers don’t have that weird smell, the floors aren’t slippery or wet, and it actually seems like the staff stay on top of it. I know that should be normal, but it really isn’t everywhere, so I appreciate it a lot.

I have to say, this place was super clean, that makes such a difference, right? Everything felt well taken care of, which definitely made me feel more comfortable being there.

Chuze’s hours have worked out well for me, especially when I go early in the morning before work. It’s nice being able to get in and get it done before the day starts. I just wish they stayed open a little later on weekends, but overall it’s been easy enough to make it work. So yeah

I do like this gym overall, but the class instructors are seriously hit or miss. Some are great and actually make the workout worth showing up for, but then you get Captain Unprepared or the Motivation Ghost leading a class and it’s a whole different story. One session felt like they were just checking a box and waiting for it to be over. For what I’m paying, I expected the quality to be a lot more consistent. It’s not terrible, just been disappointing lately.

The pool has always been clean and the hot spa has been great whenever I’ve used it. I keep wondering if I’m just easy to please, but i haven’t had any issues so far.

I’ve been going to Chuze for a few months now, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I like the people there. The members are chill and friendly, and it doesn’t have that intimidating gym vibe where everyone acts like they own the place. It’s easy to ask someone about a machine or just do your workout without feeling judged. I’m giving it 4 stars because it does get crowded after work, and some areas can get messy when people don’t put things back. But overall, the community makes it a really nice gym to keep coming back to.

But this kind of confirmed what I already believe: if a service is actually decent, they don’t need to trap you. I canceled online in just a couple minutes, no runaround, no weird fees, nothing shady

I’ve always been loyal to my old gym, so I didn’t expect Chuze Fitness to win me over this much. But one thing I really appreciate is the parking. I usually go after work and figured it would be a hassle, but there are almost always plenty of spots open. I don’t have to drive around forever or stress before even getting inside. It makes it so much easier to just park, get my workout in, and head home. It sounds like a small thing, but it genuinely makes a big difference

I was not expecting much for the price, but wow, it actually has everything I needed. Like, why did I spend so much time overthinking this? It’s cheap, it works, and I’m weirdly thrilled about it.

The atmosphere is good overall, and I liked the little details like the lighting and how the tables were set up. The only thing I kept noticing was that it got kind of loud at times, especially when the room filled up. Not a dealbreaker, but it definitely made it harder to relax a bit

I went in with what I thought was a simple question about my membership, and for some reason the person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was even asking. It was super short answers, no real help, no welcoming vibe at all. I left more confused than when I walked in. The gym itself might be fine, but that first impression was rough and not really what I expected from Chuze.

My trainer was amazing. They helped me fix my form and kept me on track the whole time, which I seriously needed. After just a few sessions, I felt SO much more confident, like I actually knew what I was doing instead of just guessing and hoping for the best. It made a huge difference for me.

I really wanted to like it, and I even signed up thinking it would help me stick to a better routine after work, but there just weren’t enough classes for me. It felt like the same few options kept coming up over and over, and after a little while I got bored. Maybe it works if you only want those specific classes, but I was hoping for more variety.

I usually stop by after work, and I can still find open machines without much waiting. That’s a big plus for me and makes it feel worth coming here.

I really didn’t like how annoying the contract terms made it to cancel. It felt like once I signed up, I had to be extra careful not to lose money or get stuck paying for something I didn’t want anymore. Just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

It was just too far away for me. Compared to some other options nearby, this one felt like more of a hassle to get to, so I’d probably choose a closer competitor next time.

I mainly signed up because of the kids club, so it’s been a little frustrating that it’s so hit or miss. Some of the staff have been really nice, but there have been a few times where the room was either full or closed with barely any notice. One time my kid came out upset and no one really explained what happened, which that part was weird. The gym itself is fine, but the childcare situation needs to be a lot more reliable.

The membership price feels fair to me. I’m paying maybe $10 or $15 less than I was at my old gym, and I still get access to the things I actually use most of the time. No complaints so far.
